Disability insurance plans
Short-Term Disability coverage is available to team members outside of California. Coverage is automatic and company-paid:
- Benefits begin after 7 days of disability.
- Pays 60% of your weekly earnings, up to a maximum of $1,620 per week.
- Benefits end after 25 weeks.
- For team members in New Jersey and New York, benefits are integrated with state disability laws.
For team members in California, short-term disability coverage is available through the state.
Long-Term Disability coverage is available to all team members. Coverage is automatic and company-paid:
- Benefits begin after you have been disabled for 180 days.
- Pays 66 2/3% of your salary, up to a maximum of $15,000 per month. The minimum benefit is the greater of $100 per month, or 10% of the gross benefit.
